Our lab member Seonhye Eom and Joonyoung Kim were honored with the Best Poster Presentation Awards at the 14th International Conference on Advanced Materials and Devices in Busan.
For there researches about "Ultrafast dielectric constant modulation in ferroelectric Hf0.5Zr0.5O2 embedded in titanium nitride-based terahertz nanocapacitors" and "Nanogap-enhanced terahertz suppression of superconductivity".
